About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. As part of the Technical Production and Staging & Structures department, you will oversee projects from enquiry through to completion. You will work closely with clients to build relationships, manage logistics, and ensure successful delivery of events. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initial enquiry to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to develop new projects and opportunities.
  • Coordinate logistics for a wide variety of events, from small setups to large-scale productions.
  • Collaborate with the wider IPS team to maximise the use of in-house resources.
  • Travel to project sites across the UK as required.

About You:

  • Proven experience in project management within the events industry with a working knowledge of:
    • Staging & Structures systems, ideally including LiteDeck Staging, Layher Event System and Prolyte & Eurotruss Roof Systems.
    • Technical Production, including Rigging, Lighting, Audio, Video and Power.
  • Able to ensure projects are delivered within all H&S best practice and budgetary requirements.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with both office-based work and on-site project management.

Location:
IPS is based in Milton Keynes, with nationwide projects and a diverse portfolio of events. While regular office collaboration is important, we understand the need for flexibility. We can offer hybrid working opportunities for the right candidate, tailoring the frequency of office-based work to suit your location and circumstances.
