Many structures start from an existing project and are extended or altered, and some start as an abstract concept which is then developed into a working project.
All custom or special project structures require design and structural reports before construction. Usually a minimum lead time of two weeks would be sensible – 
some solutions may be possible in a shorter timeframe, and others may take longer.
