We can get involved at various levels, our lighting designers can craft creative lighting designs, to either subtly enhance your event, or dramatically transform the environment. We are also happy to work with you preferred lighting designer, and our technical team can then help realise the design by arranging the logistics of the lighting hardware and getting it installed onsite - when it can be programmed and operated either by our technicians, or again you can provide the crew. With large stocks of generic and intelligent lighting, plus a range of control options, we can supply everything required for almost any size of event, whether inside or out. Away from the stage and performance areas, we also have emergency lighting and site lighting equipment to make your event site safely navigable by the event guests, and safe for your staff to work.

IPS works in all sorts of venues on a regular basis, so we have a lot of experience of how to make things look and sound their best in many different environments. We also have a working knowledge of what products perform the best in certain applications, and can help to specify industry standard equipment that will be as future proof as possible and rider friendly. Most importantly, we can also make sure that your installation works for the end users; Rather than a one size fits all approach, we will ensure that we source the correct equipment for your application.

IPS has also been involved with multiple phase projects, where we'll install the infrastructure in one financial year, such as installing dimmers and lighting bars, and then adding lighting fixtures as more money is available. Typically, we specify equipment that we would use in our rental inventory. This means that not only have we extensively road tested the items, and can usually use our buying power to negotiate favourable prices, if you wish to supplement your equipment for a larger event, we will have matching rental stock available.

Long term hire options are avaliable for venues, enabling you to keep up with the latest technology without the capital investment costs. IPS can supply a basic system that is supplemented for larger events, or a full production solution. IPS also offer maintenance arrangements where we will service, repair and PAT test your entire technical equipment stock - ideal for longer term installations to keep your investment running smoothly.

IPS offer a range of Technical Production and Venue Services.

We define Technical Production as when we provide a service rather than just supplying a list of equipment. IPS have a team of Project Managers and as we supply mainly business to business markets, we are used to working on event sites on behalf of another company. Whether you just want us to look after the staging or structural side of your event requirements, or need a full technical production solution, we can help. 

Venue Services is where IPS have partnered with a venue to provide certain elements of production infrastructure - such as initial power and rigging services at the Marshall Arena. We have worked extensively with our Venue Services partners - and know the venues inside out from a technical perspective so along with providing the essential venue services, we can also help with any other technical event requirements within the space.
