IPS has continued to invest in D8+ Electric Chain Hoists / Motors from leading manufacturer EXE Rise with well over 100 units now in stock.

Double braked and meeting the stringent D8+ requirements, these units are ideal for all kinds of event rigging projects. All IPS EXE Rise hoists are packaged in custom designed single flight cases so hoists can be flown and landed directly within the case to minimise manual handling (and hopefully keep our chains out of any debris too).

The EXE Rise D8+ 500kg model stocked by IPS are in LV (low voltage) control configuration, with a 25m HOL (Height of lift).

The EXE Rise D8+ 1000kg model stocked by IPS are in LV (low voltage) control configuration, with a 25m HOL (Height of lift).

The EXE Rise D8+ 2000kg model stocked by IPS are in LV (low voltage) control configuration, with a 33m HOL (Height of lift). These are a double reeved unit, so have two chain falls between the hoist and hook. Our 2000kg hoists have the advantage of being a smaller body size unit compared to a single fall version, and with a smaller lighter chain, making them much easier to rig in a wide range of scenarios.

IPS Hoists / Motors are in stock supported with a range of Motor Controllers from single to 32way systems. Also ready to hire are a range of direct control motors and control systems, plus thousands of metres of truss and all kinds of other rigging hardware that may be required for event, theatrical or arena rigging.
