Just landing in IPS trade hire stock now are some brand new lighting fixtures from Clay Paky. You may have caught a glimpse of these at PLASA Focus Leeds earlier this year, but we are delighted to introduce the Arolla Aqua and Mini Xtylos HPE. Latest hire prices can be found here.

The Clay Paky Arolla Aqua is an IP66 rated LED moving head fixture with a full range of features. With a 900w 7000k LED source, the lumen output puts this somewhere between the Perseo and Domino in terms of the current IPS hire stock lineup – and this is also reflected in the 38kg fixture weight. The 5.5 to 50 degree beam angle makes this a very versatile fixture, and the full feature list includes framing shutters, animation wheel, prism, iris, frost, CMY mixing plus colour wheel and CTO – plus an interesting range of gobos. The Arolla Aqua is part of the Sheild Series too, meaning it can be used in a wide range of indoor and outdoor conditions due to its impressive IP66 rating.  The Clay Paky Mini Xtylos HPE is a compact laser source moving head fixture. Shooting saturated deep colours with a 1 to 4 degree zoom range, the Mini Xtylos has a continuous rotation feature to create fast dynamic effects. Snappy RGB colour mixing, multiple prisms and frost plus zoom and focus are all packed into the unit weighing in at just 9kg.
