We are excited to welcome some new faces to the IPS team for 2024.
Darren Ballard, Andrew Bartlett and James Phillips as pictured here have all now started with IPS in the first week of the year, and we have a couple of others joining soon too. Whilst they are new to IPS, all these people are familiar faces within the industry, and we are very much looking forward to working alongside them.
Darren has joined the recently promoted Ryan Bellamy as Warehouse Manager. The IPS warehouse is at the centre of our operations, needing careful management to ensure that everything runs smoothly. With lots of winter projects returning, and plenty more going out again, there are lots of logistics for Darren and our busy warehouse team to get organised.
Andrew has joined us as Operations Manager as part of the Senior Management Team. Amongst other things, Andrew will be helping to review and refine processes throughout the company. As an expert in HireTrack, the inventory management software that we use, he also has lots of tricks up his sleeve to help make the best use of our data.
James has joined our office-based hire team as Hire Coordinator, and if you hire equipment from us, you are bound to be in touch with him soon. With a technical background, James understands how things work in events, and is busy learning how our equipment is packaged and configured to be able to answer any incoming questions.
We have lots of interesting projects coming up for IPS over the next few months, and it is great to have a solid team in place to help deliver them, as well as to be looking further into the future ensuring robust systems and procedures keep everything running smoothly. We are fortunate to already have an extensive rental inventory, and with the right team in place we can continue to make sure that amazing events are produced with our equipment. Please get in touch if you have any upcoming requirements – and we look forward to working with you in 2024.
