Thanks to everyone who visited out stand in Leeds to find out about our latest trade hire options.
It was great to catch up with lots of familiar industry faces over a packed couple of days last week, plus meet a range of new people too. The show floor was bursting with all the latest in Sound and Lighting technology, and we had a chance to pop into some of the interesting seminar sessions too.
Our stand was consistently busy as people visited to have a look at the fixtures on display, which included the new Martin MAC Aura XIP LED Wash fixture (which was recently one of the stars of the show at the Windsor Coronation Concert) and the very new GLP Impression X5 IP Bar which is due to arrive in our hire stocks very shortly. The X5 IP bar boasts a brighter output with the impressive colour range from the new RGBL X5 LED engines, plus a wider zoom range and faster movement, all now in an IP rated package. Also on display were our Chauvet onAir IP panels providing diffused stand lighting, with a Chauvet Ovation Reve E3-IP profile on highlighting duty and a pair of Robert Juliat Dalis 862 Battens. The stand itself was a Black Prolyte H30V Truss based structure, and everything was built from standard hire stock items. Check out the latest hire prices for all these items on our website here. We also had the coffee machine on the go, plus a big selection of pick’n’mix which may have been the real reason behind some people’s visits. Either way, the show was a great success!
Meanwhile, all the rest of the IPS team have been super busy back at base in Milton Keynes, as we’ve had lots of Staging, Rigging, Lighting, Sound, Video and Power equipment out over the last couple of Bank Holiday weekends – and are now properly into our summer Staging & Structures onsite projects, more news on these soon.
Thanks again for everyone that we talked to during the Plasa Focus Leeds event, and if anyone has any equipment hire requirements, please get in touch for a quote or to discuss options with our team. We look forward to doing it all again in 2024.
