IPS can supply all the technical infrastructure to get your outdoor cinema project running from our in-house equipment stock. IPS also have our own team of in-house riggers and technicians, plus delivery vehicles and even generators. We have robust COVID-19 risk assessments in place, and continue to follow best practice, and are using allocated fixed travel and working teams to minimise transition risks amongst our staff. IPS can provide a single point of contact for all the technical requirements for your site, including large LED Screens with associated rigging hardware, PA systems, Power Generation and distribution, plus the technical staff to make sure that all runs smoothly for your event.
The majority of our work is from business customers are within the event industry, and we are very experienced in operating as a technical support partner. We can work with you to determine the technical specifications that would be required for a particular venue, and provide full H&S documentation for our services, including wind loading details for outdoor structures and ensuring all equipment is installed, tested and certified to the appropriate regulations.
LED Screens can also be used to display a wide range of content, from films to educational presentations, or group exercise classes – or for advertising. IPS have a wide range of LED Screen products, for indoor and outdoor use, along with all the associated rigging, power, control and cabling infrastructure. Especially well-suited to outdoor productions are the high brightness Chauvet PVP X6IP screen system, or for extra high definition, the Chauvet F4IP screen is also a popular choice. IPS offers a range of Indoor and Outdoor LED support structures, and PA Towers – plus screens also work well with most of our range of Outdoor Roof Systems.
There are various options for getting audio to your audience, and IPS have this covered too. We have a range of PA systems which can provide coverage for anything from a small group of people to a full rock concert – plus we have various other radio transmission options if required. Equipment can also be supplied with technical crew who will ensure that everything runs smoothly for the event – or we can provide the PA, and you can provide your own playback system.
Power is another essential element for any event production. IPS can either work with an existing mains supply using our huge stocks of cabling and power distribution, or we can deploy our super silenced event generators to provide power in almost any location. IPS can also provide site lighting and cable ramps to make sure that any concessions, temporary offices or toilets also have power – and work with you to provide emergency exit, site or show lighting inside or out. Our qualified technicians can also sign off installations to ensure everything is done correctly and safely.
