IPS is still growing! We need more great people to join our team, plus our Summer Placement scheme is running again for 2018

The continued success of IPS is largely due to the excellent team delivering our services. As the business develops and grows, some more positions have been created to help increase the capacity of our operation. We are also running the Summer Staff placement role again this year, which is an ideal opportunity for people starting out in the industry to get some practical experience, and the dates can be arranged to fit in around academic studies.

IPS has seen consistent growth, and many staff have been with the company for a long time. This is partly due to the varied nature work that we are involved with, and also as there are plenty of opportunities for career development within the company, and many staff who have started out in one area have progressed to more senior roles as their experience and qualifications have developed. The extensive and ever changing hire inventory means there is always something to learn – and very few projects are ever the same.
