The New Year has started, and IPS has new faces, new kit, and lots of new ideas for 2016

After a refreshing break, the IPS team are back and ready for whatever challenges come our way in 2016. There have been some new additions to our team, and to our hire inventory, and we are making some operational changes to make things run smoother.

Starting towards the end of 2015, Lizzy has joined IPS as an experienced Hire Coordinator to assist with our constant stream of enquiries. Connor & Haydn have started in the warehouse, helping to ensure that everything is checked in and out correctly and maintained to a high standard. Silvio has just started in January as an Event Technician, will be using his technical skills onsite and in the IPS warehouse. Karl has also arrived as Business Manager to help manage our growing team – we now have over 20 full time staff.

On the equipment front, the new 65" Samsung LED Screens, are already proving popular, along with our ever increasing range of AV equipment. New sound equipment includes the Yamaha TF1 Digital mixing desk, an expanded range of microphones, more DJ gear and a range of active speakers. New lighting equipment includes the Ayrton Magic Blades, large format followspots, an increased range of LED battens and much more, including some new LED Moving Head fixtures – watch this space for details!
