LED Screen Support Structures
Outdoor Screens are increasingly popular for all kinds of outdoor events. They can be the centrepiece of a Drive In or Outdoor Cinema performance, used as IMAG or Relay Screens to give the audience a better view of the action, or to enhance a production with visuals, presentations or advertising.
We can supply a range of different structures to support almost all type, size and configuration of LED screen in either flown or ground stacked configuration. We have a range of standard structures to support some popular screen configurations, and customised options can also be supplied to suit your event requirements.
Truss based options are typically quicker to deploy and allow LED panels to be fitted from ground level. Layher based options can be made in a huge range of sizes, and are a great choice where the structure needs to be fully branded or concealed. Typically LED panels are ground stacked on Layher structures, with multi-level access incorporated into the structure design.
Wind loadings are an important consideration when working outdoors, and structures are designed to allow for wind loadings, and secured with either ground anchors or surface ballast in the form of concrete blocks, water filled tanks or steel weights.

Rigging Towers
Rigging lighting, LED Screens and Event Branding in a range of locations is important for a wide range of events, and can really help make the best of the venue space and equipment available. IPS offer a range of different truss based rigging towers from constructed from Prolyte and Eurotruss components. Standard height configurations are as follows:
- Prolyte MPT Rigging Towers - up to 7.5m high
- Prolyte ST Rigging Towers - up to 12m high
- Eurotruss TD50 Rigging Towers - up to 15m high
The truss based towers can be installed comparatively quickly, and IPS can deliver and install rigging towers for your event, and they can be supplied with or without additional technical equipment. Freestanding and Layher base adaptor options are available for most configurations so towers can be installed individually or incorporated into a larger platform or substructure.
The Eurotruss TD50 Tower is the latest addition to the range of towers from IPS. Suitable for a range of rigging applications, perfect as a straight mast PA tower, especially with the clever front cut our to allow tour carts of PA to be wheeled directly into position underneath the motor for easy load in and out. 
Smart Black finish to blend in with PA hangs and provide unobtrusive to sight lines, even at 15m high. Modular design means that multiple height configurations can be constructed, and it can be fitted with either surface ballast via concrete blocks or subject to site conditions may also be used with ground anchors.

PA Towers
To provide controlled audio dispersion over an outdoor area, elevating PA systems is usually an essential starting point, especially with Line Array Systems. We can supply a range of different PA Tower structures designed specifically to hang speakers cabinets outside. Depending on the trim height required, and the design requirements, IPS have truss based towers and more enclosed Layher based towers ready to deploy in a range of standard sizes. Standard configurations are as follows:
- 7.5m Prolyte RT-H30V Truss PA Towers
- 10.5m Eurotruss HD44 Truss PA Sound Towers (NEW)
- 10m , 11m & 13m Prolyte RT-S52SV Truss PA Towers
- 8m, 10m & 12m Layher PA Towers
The truss based towers offer quick deployment times and a discrete appearance, while the Layher options offer more weather protection and branding opportunities, plus two point pick up options if required. IPS can deliver and install PA towers for your event, and they can be supplied with or without PA systems,

Outdoor Stage Platforms
IPS has huge stocks of modular staging and can create your perfect performance platform in almost any shape or size in almost any location. The IPS Staging Technicians are experienced working on a range of different ground surfaces, and have completed projects in all kinds of locations, from working around stately homes and listed buildings to installing on festival sites, building sites, carparks and everything in between.
IPS have lots of equipment and experience so can work on most gradients and uneven ground if required, to create a level and stable performance platform.

Outdoor Stage Platforms don’t have to just be for performers – IPS can also supply platforms configured for Camera Risers, Jib Platforms, Working Platforms, PA or Equipment Support Platforms, Control Platforms, Access Platforms and much more besides.
